Our Rules

If you break any of our server rules you will be issued with written warnings by the console. On your third written warning for an offense you will be moved to spectator mode and warned in private. If you continue to ignore and break our rules after this private warning you will be kicked without warning. You will be allowed to reconnect and play again. However if you do not apologize or try to make an effort to change your behaviour you will be given no more written warnings and will be suspended for anything between 24 hours and 7 days depending on the severity of offense.We will only ban players as a final resort. We would like to give people every possible chance but we will ban anyone who continuously disrespects our clan rules.

1.) RUNNING

Running Is NOT Allowed on our Server. We have a mod installed that disables running. If you run you will be completely frozen for several seconds as a "punishment"

2.) BUNNY HOPPING

Bunny Hopping is NOT Allowed on our server. We consider this unrealistic And will not accept this on our Server.

3.) ONLY USE A RIFLE OR SNIPER

You may only use a rifle or sniper rifle. On allies it is possible to select the American M1 Garand rifle by selecting "Submachine gun" if you have a British or Russian Skin. We have a maximum limit of 3 snipers per team. It is tolerated to pick up a sniper rifle from a dead player.
Note: sometimes all weapons will be available, but this shall be advertised on the console.

4.) INVULNERABLE TIME & SPAWNKILLING

In an effort to minimise spawn campers and spawn killing, players are invulnerable for 10 seconds after spawn. If you fire during those 10 seconds, you immediately become vulnerable. Spawn killing is Allowed. Spawn camping is allowed.

5.) TEAMKILLING

Everyone "TK's" by accident, this is only normal. When this happens a Quick apology is expected out of common courtesy. If you fail to apologise you may be "branded" as a "TKer" and kicked. There are many players who enter our server simply to teamkill. If a player is warned about Team Killing, the player will be instantly kicked and banned from our server.
Note: Friendly Fire will usually be disabled if the server is busy.

6.) SPECTATOR MODE

Do not use Spectator Mode excessively. It is understood that you can go into Spectator Mode for a minute or two to watch other player?s game style, or to just take a break for a couple minutes. Using Spectator Mode to avoid being killed, replenish your ammo or to preserve a good "kill ratio" (for the stats) will not be tolerated. Players that stay in Spectator Mode for extended periods of time WILL get kicked by the server automatically. (If you are going into Spectator Mode, you should send a message to all - "brb".)
Note: You maybe kicked from Spectator mode to make room for a clan member trying to connect if the server is full.

7.) CHEATING

If you are caught cheating you will be PERMANENTLY banned without warning. The server uses several Anti-Cheat programs to monitor all players online. Cheats include aimbots, wallhacks, Illegal skins, cham skins, foghacks, smokehacks etc. Consider this your one and only warning. Disable any pathetic cheats now. We play fair. Ignorance is not a valid excuse (i.e. "I didn't know") for a violation. Using means to get UNDER A MAP and LANDSHARKING are also considered BANNABLE cheats.
Note: Your IP Address may also be passed to other clans.

7.1.) ACCUSING CHEATERS

If you accuse someone of cheating publicly in the server using the in game chat, you may find yourself being kicked from the server for disturbing everyone's game. Just because someone is a good player it does not mean they are cheating. If you wish to accuse another player of cheating please do not do this publicly on our server using the in game chat. In most cases the accuser is WRONG. You can summon a clan member into spectator mode to inform them quietly but it would be better if you contacted us about it on our forums. If you wish to tell us about it privately please do so via the clan e-mail address rules@bktactical.eu

7.2.) RANDOM SCREENSHOTS

By playing on our server you must accept the fact we now force random screenshots. For this to be legal an on screen notification will be made informing you that the screenshot is about to be forced. You are within your legal rights not to send us the screenshots but if you don't you will be banned by default. However if you do send us the screenshots and they are clean you may continue to play on our server. You will have exactly 24 hours from when the screenshots were forced to send them before you'll be suspended (excluded) from our server until the screenshots are sent and verified clean. Note: Some clients (some Mac users and people with certain Router configurations) cannot be scanned by our Anti-Cheat Software will have screenshots forced automatically.

OTHER RULES

8.) CLAN/OTHER SERVER ADVERTISEMENT/RECRUITMENT

It is forbidden to attempt to recruit or advertise other clans/servers to any member or guest on our server. If you break this rule, you will be banned. You may also be reported to your clan leader (provided your clan doesn't actively encourage poaching). It is tolerated if some requests a website link or server IP address, but you must use spectator mode to type it privately to person who ASKS.

8.1.) OFFENSIVE NAMES

If your nickname is offensive (I.E. Adolf Hitler, Glorifying Nazism, S.S., Vulgar Names, Referring to Recent Terrorist Groups, etc) Then you will be kicked and banned upon entry into our server. If you see a vulgar named player, please alert me by my e-mail at rules@bktactical.eu I will add the name to the banned list (If it isn't already)

8.2.) TYPEKILLING

Typekilling is now no longer accepted on our server. Typekilling is heavily frowned upon as it is bad sportsmanship and interrupts the easygoing chatting atmosphere If you Typekill a quick apology is expected. However at the end of the day, accidents do happen so it?s better to apologise. If you excessively ignore this rule, you can be kicked from our server and excluded for 24 hours.

8.3.) LISTEN TO THE CONSOLE

If the Console kindly asks you to (or not to) do something, please listen. Doing the opposite or being disrespectful will get you kicked and/or banned

8.4.) RESPECT

Failure to respect ANY player will result in you Being Kicked, and or banned. This includes racist comments, making fun of a player (I.E. Because of Score), also please do not swear or spam on our servers, offenders will be kicked. Also if you do anything to make someone feel unwelcome, you will be kicked. Our server is for everyone who is willing to accept our rules and play fair.

8.5.) WIREWALKING

We have decided to allow "Wire Walking" as the tactical advantage it gives is questionable and isn't worth the workload it would cause our server moderators: Wire-walk at your own risk.
