How the Tactical Clan Union is organized.
On
this page you will find just how the Tactical Clan Union (TCU) is run, and
exactly what “power” it has.
First of all, the TCU has no “power” as it is not meant
to dictate how other clans are run or organised. Once again this is not meant in
any way to infringe on the way you’re clan is run. All agreements made here and
the rules to be followed are simply a mutual agreement of co-operation and
honour agreements.
It
does not matter to the TCU how other clans are run (E.g. by a single ‘General’
or by clan member votes) but if they wish to participate they must accept how
the TCU is run, and follow the rules of the system.
So
that does not yet explain how the TCU is run. Well, it is only days old and a
system has not yet been created, however I would like to outline what I have so
far.
The
Tactical Clan Union shall be run in a similar style to a parliamentary
democracy. Each member clan will self elect two members (One senior and another
‘assistant’) to represent their clan in the TCU forum (Which shall be the
“council”). Each clan of the TCU council will have one vote each.
Representing your Clan
Your clan will be represented by those whom you choose.
These members shall be responsible for representing your Clan in the “council”
forum. Either or both of your representatives can represent your clan in the
council.
Voting System
There will be a simple system for votes to be
counted.
Each Clan gets to cast its vote on any
changes to me made to the system.
All votes will run for one week unless
otherwise specified. At the end of the specified time, the vote shall be closed
and counted. If all members vote the vote is automatically closed and
counted.
Rule Changes
Rule Changes
Any
of the Tactical Clan Union Rules can be changed via a voting system. Minor
changes, such as adding information to existing paragraphs or clarifying rules
will be made as “Vote to stop” this means, if there are any objections raised
(as votes) to have a minor change stopped. Such requests should be clearly
highlighted, and the requested change clearly posted. Depending on the vote, the
paragraph in question may be changed.
